Ski Center

19 km from the city of Bariloche is Cerro Catedral, thus denominated by the similarity of its tips with a gothic cathedral.

It is the most important ski Center of of South America. The hill is 2.388 meters above sea level. and it has about 2,000 hectares of slopes with more than 70 tracks for all the levels and excellent means of elevation.

Be it either for the practice of ski in winter or to enjoy the imposing views from the summit, Cerro Catedral offers a great infrastructure, means of elevation and recreational activities. It is host to important events, social and cultural. Among them stand out competitions of snowboard and ski for professionals and fans.

Pleanty of means of elevation

The Hill is located in an open area that allows to appreciate the mountain range in all its greatness. It is possible to enjoyed the mountain from some of the bars and reastaurants of the Hill while tasteing a chocolate with regional cakes and candies.

The practice of the ski is associated with good gastronomy. Herethe supply is varied: restaurants, deliaes, etc. In the galleries and hotels of the hill exhibitions of art, as well as samples of regional crafts are frequent.
