Fourtrax adventures
For the lovers of motor sports, or for those who want to enjoy a ride outdoors, the fourtrax are an irresistible temptation. In Las Grutas they are a classic pastime.
You can ride by the beach or by dunes, three kilometers away to Las Coloradas (the red stones). This it is the place where a rocky outcrop five million years old rises from the sands. The coloration that gives origin to the name is due to the presence of the feldspar in its composition (quartz and mica). Here many fishermen come all year round to try their luck.
Three kilometers past Las Coloradas, and 8 from the exit of Las Grutas, is El Buque, another beautiful beach where infinity of birds stop on their way towards the North Pole.
The ride continues until El Sotano, 12 kilometers from Las Grutas. This is a zone of cliffs with very good places for fishing. Two kilometers from there, always following the beach, is the Cañadón de las Ostras, a deposit of fossil oysters crystallized in the tertiary period (Miocene), 12 million years old. Literally this it is a trip to the origins of life on Earth, where the mysteries of nature, their fossils can be observed, as well as living beings.

Cañadón Escondido
Sixteen kilometers that take approximately one hour and 15 minutes. This excursion can be summarized in three words: vertigo, speed, adventure. It is for the brave, to feel the sensation of vertigo and speed, following the tracks used by competitions of the SAFARI PATAGÓNICA. It is only for experienced drivers.
Fuerte Argentino
This can be a diurnal or nocturnal excursion. For diurnal the duration it is 5 hours approximately and the total trip is 85 kilometers. The excursion goes towards the south until reaching a salty lagoon near the "Fort" then you continue walking until its panoramic point.

One very different night by the sea, under the stars. Special for those who love to share a campfire with friends, roasting, and later camping in front of the sea. By dawn breakfast and the drive back to Las Grutas crossing the rocky formations and the wonderful beaches. This trip can be made from April to December and you can hire all the services.
